Relocation Specialist (International Student Support)
About the Role
MedConnect Europe is seeking dedicated and professional Relocation Representatives to support incoming international students during university relocation periods across multiple countries. This is a short-term, project-based role focused on ensuring students experience a smooth, welcoming, and well-organized transition into their new academic environment.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for students throughout the relocation process, providing practical assistance from pre-arrival communications through to university registration and orientation activities.
As part of this role, Relocation Specialist will be required to travel to designated destination countries during student intake and relocation periods. All approved business travel, accommodation, and related relocation support expenses will be covered by MedConnect Europe.
Key Responsibilities - Student Support & Communication
- Establish communication with students prior to their arrival.
- Provide timely information regarding travel arrangements, accommodation, university registration, and arrival procedures.
- Respond promptly and professionally to student questions and concerns.
- Maintain regular communication with students throughout the relocation process.
Arrival & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate and oversee airport pickup arrangements.
- Welcome students upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist students with transportation to accommodation and designated meeting points.
- Monitor arrival schedules and proactively address any travel disruptions or delays.
Accommodation Support
- Assist students with hotel check-in procedures where applicable.
- Support students with accommodation-related arrangements and orientation.
Ongoing Student Assistance
- Provide practical support during the initial settlement period.
- Signpost students to relevant academic, healthcare, banking, transportation, and student support services.
- Escalate complex issues to the MedConnect Europe management team when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and support activities.
Team Collaboration
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the MedConnect Europe team.
- Submit regular updates regarding student arrivals, challenges, and completed activities.
- Work collaboratively with local partners, universities, accommodation providers, and transportation services.
Travel Requirements
- This position requires domestic and international travel during designated student relocation periods.
- Relocation Specilaist may be assigned to support students in various countries where MedConnect Europe partners with universities.
- Flexibility to travel and work during peak intake periods is essential.
- All approved travel-related expenses, including flights, accommodation, local transportation, and reasonable business expenses, will be covered by MedConnect Europe in accordance with company policies.

- Additional language skills are an advantage.

Pay: £400.00-£500.00 per week
