We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Design and execute test cases to verify software functionality and performance.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g., Jira, Spira etc.)
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing features function correctly after updates.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality concerns.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for continuous integration and delivery.
- Assist in the creation of test plans and test strategies.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities by coordinating with stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing.
Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge on CI/CD is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the field of software testing.
