Viv, your Head Chef, has been cooking for a very long time and has a staunched following - and would love to find someone enthusiastic about food and pleasing customers.
Our cooking is modern, fine dining with attention to detail, using only the finest, seasonal ingredients. We do regular Tasting Menus and are always looking to improve out food.
You will need to have a good all round knowledge and be able to turn your hand to all areas of the menu.
We are open Thursday to Saturday evenings, and Sunday lunch, giving a two and a half day weekend Sunday night, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening. We, from time to time, come in on a Wednesday to do prep if necessary..
