Tony Weir Contractor Ltd is an established fencing contractor based in Elgin, delivering high-quality fencing solutions across Scotland for domestic, commercial, and agricultural clients.
We are currently looking for Skilled Labourers to join our fencing teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in getting the job done right.
Key Responsibilities
- Install fencing and gates according to job specs
- Carry out fencing repairs
- Measure, mark and set fence lines
- Hand-chap fence posts where required
- Install gate hardware (hinges, latches, etc.)
- Operate plant machinery when needed
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in fencing, landscaping, joinery or construction trades
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Health & safety awareness on site
- Good problem-solving and attention to detail
Desirable Certifications
- CSCS Card
- Tickets for machinery (e.g. tractor, chainsaw, excavator)
- Driving Licence (Required)
