Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and articulate Telephone Interviewers to join our team based in our Hull office. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting interviews over the phone to gather valuable information for research and data collection purposes. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with respondents will be crucial in ensuring accurate and insightful responses. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to important research projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone interviews with participants according to established guidelines and protocols.
- Ensure clarity and understanding of questions while maintaining a professional demeanour.
- Record responses accurately and efficiently using provided software or tools.
- Follow up on incomplete interviews as needed, ensuring all data is collected within specified timeframes.
- Maintain confidentiality of respondent information and adhere to ethical standards throughout the interviewing process.
Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
- Strong listening skills, allowing for accurate interpretation of responses.
- Attention to detail in recording information accurately.
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in a customer service or research role is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry.

Your working pattern will be Monday to Thursday, 10am to 8pm.
