What You’ll Be Doing
-
Carry out necessary coursework and complete training courses in a timely manner
-
Maintain and develop skill levels in all aspects of customer service

To take an active part in upholding the company's health and safety polices

Speaking to our customers about service requirements

Completing service pre calls with clients and setting expectations

Ensuring customer satisfaction scores are maintained

Upselling of products and services
-
Becoming a product expert well versed with all features of our vehicles
What We’re Looking For

You will need the right qualifications to start you on your learner journey, this is a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) grades 9 - 4 (A - C) in English, Maths and one other subject.
