Lusso Interiors are one of the UK's leading suppliers of office partitions, glazed partitions, glazed fire screens and associated services. Established in 2002, Lusso manufacture and supply office partitions from our Head Office in Bristol for installation nationwide.
We are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager to join our family friendly company, working on commercial office fit outs.
The successful applicant will oversee complex projects, meeting client expectations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on budget, and within programme.

Main duties of the position include:
- Undertaking CAD drawings of proposed projects
- Preparing method statements and risk assessments
- Scheduling and ordering materials
- Co-ordinating deliveries and arranging with on-site labour
- Keeping up to date records and preparing progress reports.
- Tracking variations and providing information for the commercial management of the project.
- Liaising with the client, ensuring that high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained at all times.
- Co-ordinating with the site team.
- Responsibility for the management and development of the projects and the ability to rectify any issues throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Effective management of timescales, labour only sub-contractors and manpower.
- Ensuring financial budgets are kept to.
- Ensuring the quality of work is maintained to the highest possible standard.
The following skills would be advantageous:
- A Project / Construction management qualification - HND/degree or similar
- Minimum of 2 years experience of project management in the field of the construction industry
- Experience of working in the glazed partitioning market
- SMSTS card
- The ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Be reliable and punctual.
- Have a 'can do' attitude.
- Have good people skills.
- Have a good eye for detail/quality and the ability to think on their feet to get over problems
- Proactive
