What You'll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls to senior decision-makers, including Managers, Directors, and business owners
- Identifying new business opportunities and generating qualified leads
- Booking introductory meetings for our clients
- Building rapport and engaging prospects through professional and consultative conversations
- Accurately recording all activity and interactions within our CRM system
- Maintaining up-to-date customer and prospect information
- Representing our clients professionally and confidently at all times
- Developing a strong understanding of our clients’ services to communicate their value effectively
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in B2B telemarketing, lead generation and appointment setting
- Confidence speaking with senior-level decision-makers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, positive, and resilient approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
