Pinkstones Toyota, one of the largest Toyota dealerships in the country, based at Trentham Lakes, Stoke-on-Trent, is looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join our successful and growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading automotive brands, selling Toyota’s outstanding range of Hybrid vehicles, Commercial vehicles, and the highly sought-after GR performance range.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving strong sales performance across new Toyota vehicles. You will engage with customers both in person and digitally, guiding them through the full sales journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Selling Toyota Hybrid cars, Commercial vehicles, and GR performance models
- Providing exceptional customer service from first enquiry through to vehicle handover
- Handling inbound and outbound telephone enquiries with confidence and professionalism
- Using online and digital sales tools, including CitNOW, to engage customers and generate leads
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
- Working closely with the Sales Management team to achieve individual and team targets
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong customer service skills with transferable sales ability
- A proven sales performance or the desire and motivation to succeed in a sales role
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone
- Confident using online and digital sales platforms (CitNOW experience desirable)
- Professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude
Training is provided, and we welcome applicants without previous motor trade or sales experience who feel their customer service skills would enable them to develop quickly into a successful Sales Executive.
