Responsibilities:
- Offer a first-rate customer service
- Supervise and coordinate activities of shop employees
- Ensure efficient and smooth operations in the shop
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
- Train new employees on shop procedures and safety protocols
- Provide on-going, effective feedback to staff, helping them to improve and learn.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a busy environment.
Requirements:
Work experience or similar position is extremely desirable but is not essential, training will be provided.
- Flexible working pattern, evening and weekend work required.
