Job Overview
COMPLEX CARE PACKAGE
You will be required to join a team of staff to support a young man challenged with the effects from a diagnosis of Scoliosis, Epilepsy and global development delay.
The young man requires support of 2 carers to ensure support with oral suction, mechanical cough assist, NIV support, PEG and oxygen and pulse.
The package is a double up so you will be working together to ensure the safe delivery of care to this individual.
You will be offering a tailored support package which promotes dignity, comfort and independence, this role is well suited to someone who is reliable, compassionate and confident working independently and as part of a team, while delivering a high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Support with washing, dressing and personal care.
Record notes after each visit
Follow the care plan and report any concerns to the office team

Requirements
- Must be 18 or over
- Right to work in the UK
- Hold a UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Weekend availability
