LOCATION
Empardio Limited is based in Callander - working throughout Central Scotland.

JOB PURPOSE
To undertake, either individually, or as a member of a team, a range or outdoor based maintenance activities including assisting with the laying of paving, digging, moving and handling of bulk products, cutting and strimming of grass, hedge cutting, general garden labouring duties, fence repairs & pressure washing.
This role is subject to satisfactory Disclosure Scotland checks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work Tasks
- To work within different teams on all aspects of outdoor maintenance;
- Routine garden labouring of residential and commercial spaces.
- Preparation of new spaces ready for design and garden creation
- Clearance of gardens in order to return them to a maintainable standard.
- Pressure washing of paths, patios, decking
- To operate and carry out basic maintenance to all grounds maintenance machinery and equipment in line with Health & Safety regulations.
- To report any customer enquiries/complaints promptly and effectively.
- To communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
SERVICE DELIVERY
To report the views of customers with regard to services provided. To ensure that high levels of service and customer care are delivered in line with the policies and procedures of the Company.
HEALTH & SAFETY

Work to actively promote good employee relations and safety practices in accordance with Empardio Limited policies.
GENERAL
- To carry out all tasks associated with the post in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
- To carry out the duties of the post in accordance with Empardio’s Respect & Dignity Policy.
- To represent Empardio Limited as required.
- Any other appropriate duties as directed by the Directors, Line Manager and General Manager
- To take personal responsibility for any specific designated duties assigned ensuring they are executed at all times in accordance with Empardio Limited policies and procedures.
- To carry out any other duties as may reasonably be expected of the post holder commensurate with the scope, spirit and nature of the job.
- To carry out duties of the post in accordance with Empardio Limited Equality and Diversity policy.
