Envision is expanding its Events & Promotions division and is looking for confident, ambitious, and motivated individuals to join our growing Manchester team.
Working across promotional events, retail campaigns, pop-up activations, and high-footfall venues, you'll represent recognised brands, engage directly with customers, and contribute to customer acquisition and sales objectives.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in energetic environments, and want to develop valuable sales, communication, and leadership skills.
No previous industry experience is required. We provide full product, sales, and campaign training from day one.

The Role
As an Event Sales Assistant, you'll be involved in live campaigns and promotional events throughout Manchester.
Responsibilities include:
- Representing client brands professionally at events and promotional locations
- Engaging directly with customers and creating positive interactions
- Driving sales and supporting customer acquisition objectives
- Promoting products and services confidently and effectively
- Delivering product information and answering customer questions
- Working towards individual and team performance goals
- Supporting the success of promotional campaigns and live events
- Developing practical sales, communication, and leadership skills
- Receiving ongoing coaching and training across multiple campaigns
