Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Estate Manager to lead the management of our estate. This role involves overseeing property maintenance, coordinating with vendors, managing security protocols, and ensuring the overall safety and functionality of our estate. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about maintaining exceptional standards across all aspects of estate management.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the estate, including maintenance, security, and facilities management
- Coordinate repairs, renovations, and regular upkeep with contractors and service providers
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations
- Manage security systems and protocols to safeguard the estate’s assets and residents or tenants
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets for all estate-related activities
- Respond promptly to any issues or emergencies that arise on the estate
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, vendor contracts, inspections, and incident reports
Qualifications
- Proven experience in estate or property management, facilities management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with vendors, staff, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of building safety codes, regulations, and security procedures
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in property management software or relevant digital tools is a plus

Pay: £25,420.00-£54,766.11 per year
