Role Overview:
As an SEN Teacher at The Haven School Wolston, you will work closely with students who have special educational needs, supporting their learning and development across various subjects. You will play a key role in creating tailored learning plans that help each student achieve their potential while fostering an inclusive environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent qualification preferred but not essential; we welcome applications from those new to teaching.
- A genuine interest in supporting students with diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student requirements.
- Patience, empathy, and resilience when working with young people facing challenges.

About The Haven School Wolston
Our School is a registered independent school which is situated in a beautiful rural location in the Warwickshire countryside. Our core aim is to offer a highly bespoke education to enhance the social and emotional wellbeing and life chances of vulnerable children who struggle in a mainstream educational setting. The School caters for 40 pupils.
The School will cater for pupils with SEMH, Autism and ADHD from a number of local authorities and schools and provide them will a highly specialist and individualised educational experience to allow them to overcome their barriers to learning.
