Little Rascals is a family-run day nursery dedicated to providing exceptional care for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Our mission is to create a nurturing environment where children can thrive and develop through play and learning. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, throughout the year.
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a safe and engaging learning environment for young children, helping them grow and develop essential skills.

- Hold a Level 2/ 3 Childcare Qualification
- Have a sound knowledge of the EYFS

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Develop and implement engaging learning activities that promote early childhood development.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to provide a supportive environment.
- Maintain organised records of children's progress and activities.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall learning experience and manage daily operations.
Salary stated is based on a Level 3 qualification and full time hours, ( 40) equivalent and is dependent on qualification and experience. Hours are flexible. Position could be Part time (18 hours a week) or Full time (37.5 or 40 hours a week)
The position is subject to a successful DBS clearance check at enhanced level. You will also be required to sign up to the DBS update service.
