Hybrid Role - Working From Home - Office - On The Road
We are seeking a highly organised a Property Manager to oversee the daily lettings & maintenance of our property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of properties, supervising maintenance teams, and maintaining excellent tenant relations. This role offers an opportunity to utilise your management skills within a dynamic environment, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with all relevant regulations.
Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple properties, including leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety standards
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high standards of service
- Develop and implement property management strategies to optimise operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify issues and ensure compliance
- Work with our CRM and files.
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, and external agencies to resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Utilise project management skills for planning upgrades or refurbishments as required
We are a 5-star rated property management & lettings agency. This is a hybrid role. You must be able to look after the resident and update the M.D of the status of properties. We look after over 500 residents. We deal with the professional market only. If you enjoy travelling around London, showing properties for rent and some sales. This is the job for you. Salary + Comission for each let. If you do not have a passion for people and property, please do not apply.We have team meetings twice a week in various locations, depending on the project and our client's needs. Ideally have experience in running your own desk and diary.

Pay: Up to £38,000.00 per year
