About the Role
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Lunchtime Nursery Assistant to join our friendly team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants part-time hours during the middle of the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting children during lunchtime, encouraging good eating habits
- Supervising children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Assisting with setting up and clearing away meals
- Promoting positive behaviour and social interaction
- Helping with toileting and hygiene routines where required
- Working as part of a team to ensure children’s wellbeing at all times
What We’re Looking For
- A warm, patient, and caring nature
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Experience working with children (preferred but not essential)
- Basic safeguarding awareness (training can be provided)
