Polimax Motorsport specialises in premium automotive styling, including Paint Protection Film (PPF), vehicle wrapping, window tinting, ceramic coatings, alloy wheel refurbishment and performance upgrades.
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Experience Executive specialising in the automotive industry. This role involves engaging with clients, managing sales processes, and delivering exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organised, and have a passion for automotive sales. Fluency in multiple languages and experience with CRM software are highly desirable to effectively serve our diverse clientele.
Duties
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals, including upselling additional services or products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
- Utilise CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and generate sales reports
- Conduct follow-up communications via phone or email to nurture leads and maximise sales opportunities
- Assist customers in navigating financing options, warranties, and after-sales services
- Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette and professional communication at all times
- Organise appointments, product demonstrations, and customer visits efficiently to optimise workflow
- Be able to delegate work to staff members
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the automotive sector or related industries
- Multilingual abilities are highly advantageous for engaging with a diverse customer base
- Strong sales management skills with a focus on upselling and achieving targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software for tracking sales activities and customer information
- Bilingual capabilities are preferred to better serve our international clientele
- Outstanding phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships
- Can use social media confidently, especially Instagram.
- Can use Canva, Photoshop or other design software (desirable but not essential).
- Holds a full UK driving licence (preferred).

Location: Polimax Motorsport, Wimbledon,
Base Salary: £650 per week + uncapped performance bonus
Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, and Saturday, 9:00am–4:00pm
(30-minute unpaid lunch break)
Pay: £650.00-£850.00 per week
