Duties
- Assist with food preparation and cooking activities, ensuring all dishes are crafted to perfection and served promptly
- Oversee food safety protocols, maintaining cleanliness, proper storage, and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations
- Manage food production processes from ingredient sourcing to plating, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless serving of meals and excellent customer satisfaction
- Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and portion control to optimize efficiency and flavor profiles
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and minimize waste to maintain operational excellence
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant setting
- Extensive food production and culinary experience with a strong foundation in cooking techniques
- Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse staff members
- Solid background in food preparation, safety standards, and kitchen operations
- Previous restaurant experience with a focus on hospitality and customer service excellence
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a hygienic kitchen environment
- Experience serving guests directly or managing service teams is highly desirable

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
