We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our busy hotel kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure all food preparation and service areas are kept clean and hygienic.
- Assist with deliveries, stock rotation, and storage.
- Dispose of waste safely and maintain recycling procedures.
- Support the chefs with basic food preparation when required.
- Ensure all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene procedures are followed at all times.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
What We're Looking For

- Reliable, punctual, and flexible.
- Previous kitchen porter experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Weekend availability and reliable transportation is essential.
