Duties
- Coordinate and oversee cross-border business transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international regulations.
- Support the execution of financial services activities, including invoicing, payments, and reporting across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline operational workflows and improve service delivery.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to international shipments, customs documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, operational metrics, and compliance documentation to support audit readiness.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Provide timely updates on project statuses, operational challenges, and opportunities for growth to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in international business operations or financial services within a global context.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and cross-border financial transactions.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and cultural backgrounds.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as ERP systems, Excel, and other business management platforms.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving operational issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Finance or related field preferred; certifications in financial services are a plus.
