Job Title: Family Paralegal
Duties:
Duties include but not limited to:
- Providing legal support and work closely with solicitors to progress a complex caseload
- Manage and support all aspects of case preparation
- Management from commencement of proceedings through to final hearing
- Ensuring strict adherence to legal deadlines
- Organise large volumes of material, identify missing documents
- Prioritise tasks and effectively communicate interested parties
- Conducting legal research
- Arranging and attending case conferences
- Attending Court
Skills:
-The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate great interpersonal skills towards clients, excellent communication skills, robust organisation skills as well as the ability to work to strict deadlines, while maintaining high standards in terms of accuracy and quality.
- Legal experience (preferred)
-Law Graduate (preferred) or Law Student
-Good communication skills with colleagues, clients and third parties
-Proactive and excellent time management skills
-excellent written and verbal English language communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent time management and motivation;
- A highly flexible approach and the capability to work well within a team environment.
