Junior Sous Chef – Cotswolds - Dining Pub
We are currently looking for an experienced Junior Sous chef for a stunning dining pub in Moreton in Marsh.
As Sous Chef you will be a real foodie and will be able to prioritise, multitask and have a passion for creativity. You will also be responsible for supervising the junior chefs in the team

The Person
The Successful Junior Sous Chef will have:
- Experience at Sous Chef level in a similar environment
- High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
- Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCP
- Ideally be able to drive or live locally
- Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
- Have the confidence to create and be innovative
