We're looking for a different kind of security professional.
Our team works across premium events, VIP environments, live entertainment and guest-focused venues where the role is about far more than simply standing on a door.
We believe great security enhances the guest experience.
The people who thrive with us are approachable, emotionally intelligent, observant and naturally good with people. They understand when to engage, when to step back, and how to maintain authority without becoming confrontational. Outstanding communication skills are key.

- You're confident communicating with everyone from venue staff to VIP guests.
- You notice small details that others miss.
- You can de-escalate situations through conversation before they become problems.
- You take pride in your appearance and professionalism.
- You understand that security is often the first and last impression a guest receives.
