South Gables Dental Practice is looking for a Qualified Dental Nurse to join our friendly, family private dental practice, to replace a nurse who is relocating. The ideal applicant will have good communication skills, be able to work well as part of a team, have a positive work ethic, and be up-to-date with current standards. They must have good literacy and computer skills. Punctuality and good attendance will be expected.
Candidates will be expected to provide full nursing support to our full team of Dentists, Therapist, and visiting Implantologist. They must follow all our infection control policies, help the team maintain surgery stock, and help on the reception desk when needed.
Satisfactory criminal record clearances will be required and immunisation against Hepatitis B (cost covered by the company).
Qualified nurses should be GDC registered, however Indemnity cover will be provided.
The minimum days initially required:
Monday 8.30am-5pm
Tuesday 10am-6pm
Thursday 9am-5.30pm
*** The practice will be undergoing expansion in the coming months as a brand new dental practice, which will lead to further days/opportunities in all aspects of the practice***
We do regular in-house training, lunch and learns and Denplan training days.

Salary: Rate of pay can range from £15.50 - £17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
