AGM Group, established over 20 years ago, is a leading construction, fit-out, maintenance and M&E business based in Glasgow.
We are currently looking for a Contract Manager to join our growing team within the Building Services division.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take responsibility for delivering a range of commercial projects and help grow the business.
The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing multiple building services projects from start to finish.
You will oversee cost control, planning, and day-to-day project delivery across a range of public and private sector clients.
Projects will include mechanical and electrical building services such as HVAC, electrical, data, and fire systems.
You will be expected to attend site visits and client meetings as required to ensure progress is maintained.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in building services or M&E projects
- Knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Good communication and leadership ability
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to manage costs and meet deadlines
