This is a position for an assistant psychologist to join an MDT to carry out psychometric assessments of children and adults. Some are online and some are face to face. The post holder will coordinate the psychometric assessments for this region. It is an exciting time in our development and we have other assistants the candidate can link with, in another areas of the Country. Excellent support available. You are buddied with another Assistant Psychologist and have weekly meetings.
We diagnose ASD, ADHD and Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder. You will have your own caseload and will link the Clinical Psychology. Our MDTs comprise Paediatricians, Speech and Language, OT and Clinical Psychology.
The post holder will need to have a 2.1 Psychology degree or equivalent and will need to have a full driving license and access to a car.
The post is 2 days a week on a Tuesday. The second day can be a Monday or Wednesday.
The post clinic is MK464BB. The post holder needs to live within 45 minutes of the clinic space at the time of application. The start date is the 27/7/2026 and the contract is initially for 12 months although this time could be extended. It is an 8 hour working day.
