The Lygon Arms is a historic hotel in the heart of Broadway, offering 86 bedrooms, beautiful gardens and a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members alike.
We’re looking for a Room Attendant to join our friendly, close-knit housekeeping team, led by a highly supportive Head Housekeeper and Deputy Head Housekeeper who work alongside the team and genuinely care about standards, wellbeing and teamwork.
This is a hands-on, practical role at the heart of the hotel.
- Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms to a high standard
- Ensuring rooms are welcoming, well-presented and comfortable
- Replenishing amenities and reporting any maintenance issues
- Working as part of a supportive team to achieve daily room targets
- Taking pride in your work and contributing to a positive team atmosphere

- Experience in housekeeping is helpful but not essential — training provided
- You take pride in doing a job well and notice the details
