Rather than simply selling a product, you'll act as a trusted consultant—understanding each customer's needs, comparing options, and helping them make informed decisions that can save them money.
Whether you already have energy industry experience or are looking to break into a new sector, we'll provide full training to help you become an expert.
What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking with business owners and decision-makers to understand their energy requirements.
- Advising businesses on the most suitable gas and electricity contracts.
- Comparing market options to secure competitive energy deals.
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Managing your own sales pipeline from initial contact through to completion.
- Working towards achievable targets with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years' B2B sales experience.
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and target-focused.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Desirable:
- Previous experience within the energy industry (not essential).
- Experience in telesales, account management, or business development.
No energy experience? No problem. If you've got the sales ability, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
