Overview
We are seeking a skilled MOT Tester/Mechanic to join our service team. The ideal candidate wIth a good mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and testing.
Duties
- Conduct MOT tests on a variety of vehicle makes and models in accordance with legal and safety standards class`s 4.5.and 7
- Routine vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs as required/
- General mechanical repairs, including brake, suspension, and engine work
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections, repairs, and test results
Requirements
- Proven experience as a mechanic / MOT tester with relevant qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Valid MOT tester licence
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with our friendly team.
Pay: £32,000.00-£41,000.00 per year
