The Role
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary age range
- Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Manage classroom behaviour confidently and fairly
- Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and teaching requirements
About You
The ideal Primary Supply Teacher will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A flexible, adaptable and enthusiastic approach
- The ability to quickly establish positive relationships with pupils
- A genuine passion for primary education
