Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, but full training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and courteously
- Take orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Ensure all drinks are prepared according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and safety
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables or seating areas when required
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times, including hygiene standards
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, food safety, or serving roles is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
- Good understanding of basic maths for handling transactions and measuring ingredients
- Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour to ensure positive guest interactions
- Knowledge of restaurant or bar operations is advantageous but not mandatory
