We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Credit Controller to join our team. Based at our head office in Sale, you will play an important role communicating and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, while ensuring collections are up to date.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for individuals with experience in a similar role, preferably within the private rental or hospitality sector. Working with your team, you will be fundamental in ensuring all Credit Control tasks are completed promptly and efficiently. Customer service lies at the core of our operations, requiring a willingness to exceed expectations. We are looking for someone who cares about the people around them and is willing to go the extra mile.
Responsibilities:
As a Credit Controller, you will work closely with the wider team to manage all aspects of credit control and related activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively chasing outstanding debts in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolving account queries efficiently while maintaining strong client and tenant relationships
- Setting up, managing, and monitoring payment plans
- Carrying out general administrative duties to support the credit control function
- Issuing tenant notices in line with current legislation and regulatory requirements
- Managing rent insurance claims and liaising with insurers, landlords, and other relevant stakeholders
- Communicating with solicitors and, where required, attending court hearings
Skills & Experience:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
