Our homes support children and young people with Learning Disabilities (LD) and Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), providing safe, nurturing environments where they can thrive.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for individuals who:
● Have experience working with children or young people (residential care experience is desirable but not essential)
● Are caring, patient and nurturing
● Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
● Are resilient and able to remain calm under pressure
● Are committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of young people
● Hold a full UK driving licence (preferred, if applicable)
