Responsibilities
- Provide expert hair styling services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments to meet each client’s unique needs.
- Perform specialized services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance client beauty routines.
- Manage front desk duties by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Mentor and support junior stylists by sharing techniques, offering constructive feedback, and fostering professional growth.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, active communication, and personalized recommendations.
