- Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year basic (Depending on experience) + Performance Bonus Scheme.

As a vital member of our Bath technical team, you will:
- Carry out routine servicing, complex mechanical repairs, and preventative maintenance to strict brand standards.

Perform MOT inspections (if qualified) ensuring safety and compliance.

Maintain the high standards of workmanship our customers expect.

Work with modern vehicle systems and participate in ongoing technical training.

Work effectively as a team player with the ability to manage your own workflow under minimum supervision.
- Qualifications & Experience: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) is essential. Ideally at least two years of experience in a busy, high-quality workshop environment. F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).

Licensing: Full UK driving licence is required. An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.

Attributes: Presentable, self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic about automotive engineering.
Based in Bath, our facility is ideally located for a fast, straightforward daily commute for candidates travelling from Bristol, Trowbridge, Chippenham, Keynsham, Radstock, and surrounding Somerset and Wiltshire areas.
