We are looking for an organised and creative Bid Writer to join our growing team and support business growth through the production of high-quality tender submissions.
Experience within the Health & Social Care sector would be beneficial, particularly within regulated services.
About the role
As our Bid Writer, you will produce compelling tender responses, framework applications, and bid submissions that showcase the quality of our services.
Working with colleagues across the organisation, you will gather information, coordinate responses, maintain bid content, and support the successful submission of tenders and contracts.
What you’ll be doing
· Reviewing tender documentation and buyer requirements
· Coordinating information from Subject Matter Experts across the business
· Writing, editing, and submitting tender responses and pre-qualification questionnaires
· Proofreading submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance
· Maintaining and developing the bid content library
· Conducting market and competitor research
· Monitoring relevant sector regulations and developments
· Managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively
We’d love to hear from you if you:
· Have experience in bid writing, tender submissions, or proposal writing
· Possess excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills
· Have strong attention to detail and organisational skills
· Can manage multiple deadlines and priorities
· Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
· Can interpret requirements and produce compelling responses
· Demonstrate a proactive and positive approach to work
· Have experience within Health & Social Care or another regulated sector (advantageous)
· Have knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards (advantageous)
· Have knowledge of Ofsted regulations and quality standards (advantageous)
