We’re looking for an experienced Compliance & Quality Manager to help maintain and strengthen our governance, compliance and quality assurance framework.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Compliance Manager, Quality Manager, Deputy Manager or former Registered Manager who enjoys quality, governance and continuous improvement, but no longer wants the responsibilities of day-to-day operational management or Registered Manager accountability.
Alongside leading our compliance and quality assurance framework, you'll also have the opportunity to broaden your skills by supporting our specialist case management service, with the potential to progress into an Assistant Case Manager or Case Manager role, depending on your qualifications, experience and professional background.
What You’ll Do
· Lead internal audits and quality reviews.
· Monitor CQC compliance and inspection readiness.
· Maintain governance systems and compliance records.
· Lead the compliance aspects of staff onboarding, including recruitment checks, DBS, right to work and mandatory training.
· Maintain staff compliance records, including training, supervision, appraisals and professional registrations.
· Produce compliance reports and improvement plans.
· Support continuous improvement across the organisation.
· Support the delivery of case management services through administrative, co-ordination and client-focused activities.
What We’re Looking For
· Experience working within a CQC-regulated service.
· Strong understanding of compliance and quality assurance.
· Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
· Audit and reporting experience.
· Ability to work independently and proactively.

Pay: £20,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
