Join Our Team: Hospitality & Exceptional Service Professionals required!
Location: Office in Leeds city centre
We are seeking 2 candidates:
- Full-Time: Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)
- Part-Time: Monday to Thursday (30–35 hours/week)
- Note: Both roles offer incredible weekday stability, with a flexible approach required for occasional evening events.
The Vibe
We are proud to unveil a brand-new, stunning luxury fit-out nested right inside a bustling corporate hub. This isn't your average office coffee cart; it is a high-energy, premium hospitality space designed to blend the precision of a top-tier specialty coffee shop with the seamless, bespoke service of an elite venue.
To match this beautiful environment, we’ve kitted the space out with brand-new, high-spec equipment—including a state-of-the-art Victoria Arduino Eagle One. If you love working with the best tools in the trade and delivering world-class hospitality, this is your playground.
The Role
We are looking for a multi-talented, adaptable Hospitality Team Member who treats customer service as an art form. Your primary mission is to deliver an exceptional, tailored experience to every client who walks through our doors.
Because we offer a premium curated menu, you will handle both specialty coffee and hot food preparation, ensuring everything is served to an immaculate standard. Whether you are pulling perfect shots on the Eagle One, executing hot food orders with precision, or smoothly pivoting to host a VIP evening event, your flexibility and eye for detail are what set you apart.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Build genuine, high-level rapport with regular corporate clients. You don't just take orders; you anticipate needs, remember preferences, and elevate their entire experience.
- Hot Food Preparation & Presentation: Prepare and cook our premium hot food offerings with a keen eye for detail, ensuring flawless presentation, consistency, and strict compliance with food safety standards.
- Master Top-Tier Equipment: Take pride in operating and maintaining our brand-new, high-spec setup (including the Eagle One) to serve exquisite specialty coffee.
- Embrace a Flexible Approach: No two days are exactly the same. You’ll seamlessly transition from the high-energy morning espresso rush to prepping hot lunch orders, and occasionally shifting gears to host sleek evening networking events.
- Thrive Under Pressure: Keep your cool, your speed, and your warmth when the space gets busy. You view a fast-paced lunch rush as an opportunity to showcase your efficiency.
- Own a Premium Space: Maintain an immaculate, organized, and inviting environment that reflects our stunning new fit-out.
What You Bring
- A "Hospitality First" Mindset: An innate sense of hospitality, a polished professional presence, and a genuine desire to exceed client expectations.
- Food Prep Experience: Comfort and skill in a kitchen or food prep environment, with the ability to confidently prepare and present hot food under pressure.
- Specialty Coffee Experience: Solid experience with commercial espresso machines, a passion for coffee chemistry, and an appreciation for quality.
- Adaptability & Flexibility: You are proactive, quick on your feet, and happy to adjust your workflow—whether that means jumping from the machine to the kitchen or staying for an occasional evening event.
- Resilience: The ability to maintain impeccable service and hygiene standards even when working under pressure.
What’s In It For You?
- Unbeatable Work-Life Balance: Say goodbye to standard weekend shifts! Enjoy a predictable weekday schedule with either our Full-Time or Part-Time options.
- The Best Tools in the Industry: Work in a beautiful, brand-new space with top-of-the-line equipment that makes service a joy.
- A Dynamic Environment: A flexible, varied role where your culinary and barista skills are valued, and no two days feel stagnant.
- All the specialty coffee you can responsibly drink.
