Sales Negotiator / Junior Sales Negotiator

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator or Junior Sales Negotiator to join our successful Tunbridge Wells office.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established and respected independent estate agency with a strong presence on the Tunbridge Wells high street. Following recent office renovations and the introduction of new CRM software, we are investing in our people, technology, and future growth.

The Role
- Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Maintaining regular communication with applicants, vendors, solicitors, and mortgage brokers
- Generating new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service
- Canvassing – proactive approach
- Using our new CRM system to manage client relationships effectively
About You
- Ideally 6–12 months' experience within residential estate agency (although more experienced candidates will also be considered)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team and in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence essential
