We don't expect you to know everything about the financial world on day one, however, we are looking for someone with the right mindset, personality and a drive to learn to join our growing Financial Services team.
The Role
As a Graduate Financial Services Assistant, you will become a member of a client-facing team. This is a foundational role designed specifically for recent university graduates looking to understand the inner workings of wealth management, financial planning, and investment services. You will learn on the job the regulatory framework to be followed, alongside the client management systems and business processes we follow.
What You'll Do
- Client Onboarding & Administration: Prepare, process, and track client application forms, ensuring compliance with strict regulatory standards (like KYC/Know Your Customer and AML/Anti-Money Laundering, and Consumer Duty).
- Data & Systems Management: Maintain accurate client records within our CRM (Customer Relationship Management - Intelliflo) platform and portfolio management systems.
- Reporting Support: Assist financial advisers in compiling valuation reports, annual reviews, and presentation materials for high-net-worth clients.
- Query Resolution: Act as a reliable point of contact for routine administrative queries from clients, providers, and financial advisers.
Who You Are
- Tech-Savvy: You possess strong baseline skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and learn new software and digital tools quickly.
- An Adaptable Communicator: You can explain complex details clearly, whether writing an email to a provider or speaking to a teammate.
- Proactive & Curious: You don’t just execute tasks; you want to understand why they matter to the broader business strategy.
- Personable: You are an effective communicator, both verbally and written and will be happy working alongside your colleagues as a member of a team.

- Perks: The role comes with 20 days holiday entitlement increasing to 25
- Working Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday with an hour for lunch & 8am to 1.30 Friday
