The role
You'll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Transfers of equity and remortgages
- Lease Extensions (training can be provided)
- Building Safety Act (training can be provided)
Rather than handling every stage of the transaction yourself, you'll work alongside specialist AML, onboarding and completion teams, allowing you to spend more time advising clients and progressing matters.
You'll also work closely with a dedicated junior colleague who helps maintain continuity throughout each transaction, creating a better experience for both you and your clients.
You'll probably enjoy this role if...
- You're a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) with substantial residential conveyancing experience.
