We are launching a brand-new showroom on Hessle Road in Hull, and we need an energetic, sales-driven Assistant Manager to support our store leader and help become the digital face of our brand.
The Role
This is a fast-paced role for someone who loves interior design, high-ticket sales, and digital storytelling. You will support the Showroom Manager in running day-to-day operations, smash sales targets, and actively collaborate on filming engaging, short-form social media content (TikTok, Instagram Reels) right from our showroom floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Operations: Assist the Showroom Manager in day-to-day running, keeping the showroom visually stunning and immaculate.
- Close Sales: Welcome customers, deliver expert styling advice, and drive store conversion to smash sales KPIs.
- Content Collaboration: Bring creative energy to our social media channels by ideating, filming, and appearing in fun, organic lifestyle videos.
- Lead the Floor: Step up and run the showroom confidently in the Showroom Manager’s absence.
- Customer Excellence: Manage local customer inquiries and ensure a flawless journey from browsing to home delivery.
What We Are Looking For
- The Retail Pro: 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, premium customer service, or supervisor roles (furniture or lifestyle background is a major plus).
- The Camera-Ready Creative: Confident, charismatic, and enthusiastic about appearing on smartphone video for TikTok and Instagram.
- The Closer: Target-driven and motivated by hitting team goals and earning commission.
- The Stylist: A keen eye for visual merchandising and a passion for interior trends.
