Plas Bod Llwyd is an EMI Nursing Home looking to employ RMN or RGN, day and night shifts are available. As the home is an EMI Nursing Home, ideally we would like a nurse with RMN qualifications to join our team.
We provide care and support to men and women with dementia, many of whom may have complex needs.
We are looking to recruit Registered Nurses (RMN or RGN) to join our friendly team. The hours are 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am with twelve hours paid per shift.

Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) Registration
- Strong patient care and assessment skills
- In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Proficient in medication administration and management
- Knowledge of and adherence to NMC medication administration requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
- Required to have care planning creation and review experience
- Ability to lead a team and delegate
- Ability to assess and supervise junior staff
- ability to prepare and lead reviews with external professionals
- Knowledge of CIW inspection standard requirements
- Knowledge of commissioning processes from Health and Social Care
- Ability to respond quickly and assess referrals for possible placements
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care by assessing resident needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications accurately and monitor resident responses.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy to perform clinical procedures and assist in diagnostic tests.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate resident records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
