The Lakehouse Café is looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable individuals to join our growing team.
Situated within the beautiful Heron Lakes Luxury Lodge Park, The Lakehouse offers a welcoming café experience for lodge owners, visitors and members of the public. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, quality food and drinks, and creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere.

Responsibilities
- Greeting customers with a warm and professional attitude.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately.
- Preparing teas, coffees and other beverages.
- Serving food and ensuring high presentation standards.
- Operating the till and handling payments.
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the café and dining areas.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties.
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Working closely with the kitchen and front of house team to deliver excellent service.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality or café experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive, hardworking attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
- Reliable, punctual and well presented.
- Flexible to work weekdays, weekends and occasional evenings for events.
- A team player who takes pride in delivering a great customer experience.
