General Labourer – Construction & Groundworks
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking General Labourer to join our construction and groundworks team.
You’ll support trades on site, keep work areas safe and tidy, and help ensure projects run smoothly.
Key Duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Assisting trades and site supervisors
- Loading/unloading materials and equipment
- Site preparation, tidying, and waste removal
- Basic digging, trenching, and groundworks support
- Mixing materials (concrete, mortar, aggregates)
- Using hand tools and small plant (with training)
- Following all health & safety procedures and wearing correct PPE
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Experience in construction/groundworks is a bonus
- CSCS card preferred but not essential
- Driving licence essential
Pay: From £12.75 per hour
Work Location: In person
