Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, Biab and nail art with precision and creativity
- Deliver specialised services such as eyelash tin and waxing to meet client preferences
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently at the front desk, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Provide outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalised recommendations
- Upsell additional treatments and retail products to maximise client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas in accordance with health regulations
- Manage social media accounts to promote salon services, special offers, and showcase work through engaging content
- Assist with management tasks when required, supporting team organisation and guest experience enhancements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry
- Skills in management, social media management, and guest services are highly desirable
- Knowledge of eyelash tin deep tissue massage, waxin , and nails is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and warmly
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Ability to upsell products and services tactfully to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Organised with good time-management skills to handle appointments efficiently
- Certification or qualification in nail technology or related beauty treatments is preferred
