About the Role
In this role, you'll play a vital part in analysing data, producing insights, and supporting commercial initiatives that improve performance across the business. You'll work closely with teams to track progress, drive engagement, and ensure key activities are delivered efficiently.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Produce clear, insightful reports to support decision-making
- Analyse labour data, compliance, and trends to highlight opportunities and risks
- Track key performance metrics and flag exceptions to stakeholders
Administration & Coordination
- Organise meetings, workshops, and network events
- Maintain trackers, reports, and SharePoint content
- Support team communications and coordinate commercial initiatives
Team Support & Engagement
- Manage team records, training, and onboarding tracking
- Monitor learning progress, qualifications, and professional development
- Work closely with colleagues to drive action plans and meet deadlines
You'll present insights clearly and work collaboratively with teams to translate data into meaningful actions, helping to drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong administrative or coordination experience
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Effective communicator with great interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
- Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent)
Desirable Knowledge:
- Understanding of temporary labour processes or commercial environments
- Awareness of cost/value principles in a business setting

- Proactive and self-motivated
- Adaptable and open to change
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
