About the Service
We support three female individuals with a range of needs, including:
Learning disabilities
Autism
Epilepsy
Behaviours that challenge
This is a rewarding role where you'll support people to live fulfilling and independent lives.
You'll be involved in a variety of community activities, including accompanying individuals on outings such as swimming, so you should be comfortable supporting people in and around the water.
The role also includes providing intimate personal care, delivered with dignity, respect, and compassion.
About the Role
You'll be required to work across multiple services to provide flexible support where needed.
This is a bank support worker position, primarily covering annual leave, so hours will vary from week to week.
Flexibility is essential, as shifts will be allocated based on service requirements.
Typical Shift Pattern 10:00am 11:00pm
Sleep-in - 7:00am 10:00am the following morning
Sleep-ins are a regular part of the role, with between one and three sleep-ins per week.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is adaptable, enjoys working across different services, and is passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives.

NB: This role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship under current UK Home Office rules, as it does not meet the required salary or skill level criteria.
